In Q4 2021, the top tools apps on the Android platform in Europe demonstrated interesting trends in weekly downloads and active users.

QR & Barcode Scanner from Gamma Play saw a steady increase in downloads, peaking at around 960K in the last week of December. Active users also showed a positive trend, rising from approximately 5.8M at the beginning of the quarter to 6.4M by the end of December.

Samsung Smart Switch Mobile showed significant growth in downloads towards the end of the quarter, peaking at about 524K in the week leading up to December 20. Active users also increased, reaching 1.8M during the same period.

TickTock-TikTok Live Wallpaper from TikTok Pte. Ltd. had a consistent download rate throughout the quarter, with a slight peak in the last week of December at around 281K. Active users showed a gradual increase, ending the quarter at approximately 1.2M.
